Revere God | Respect Government

Make the Master proud of you by being good citizens. Respect the authorities, whatever their level; they are God’s emissaries
for keeping order. It is God’s will that by doing good, you might cure the ignorance of the fools who think you’re a danger to society. Exercise your freedom by serving God, not by breaking the rules. Treat everyone you meet with dignity. Love your spiritual family. Revere God. Respect the government.

What is this site for?

The culture is changing. These changes in our culture are leading to changes in the law. This site is dedicated to equipping concerned citizens in Fairbanks, Alaska to understand Ordiance No. 6093 and take personal action if desired.

What Are Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity Ordinances

Litigation Counsel Christiana Holcomb discusses sexual orientation, gender identity ordinances (SOGI), what they mean, and their effects.

Action Plan.

1. Pray for our Leaders.

As Christians, we are to live in a delicate balance; standing for that which is true while seeking unity amongst ourselves whenever possible, standing firm in the faith while showing grace to those who do not, holding our leaders accountable while praying for their wisdom and well-being.

2. Educate Ourselves.

We have reached out to those who are educated with the law to help us best understand how to address our leaders. Please read this as you prepare to send a letter to our city council members.

3. Write our Leaders.

Consider writing your city council members sharing your thoughts. We suggest sending an email to your city council members as well as hand deliver a letter to their place of employment. You can also drop the letters off with the city clerk at Fairbanks City Hall.
